UntitledFalling in love is gross.
Yet it is also quite beautiful in many a ways.
I personally think that love is both disgusting and completely beautiful.
It just depends on the one you fall in love with.
If you fall in love with a horrid person who treats you like an object,
Love is horrible and you should get out of there.
Unless you have no escape.
Prevent that happening, plan an escape route.
On the other side of the scales,
If you fall in love with a person who treats you like a rose,
Love is completely beautiful, awe-striking, and the likes.
You are lucky.
Not many people are fortunate to have that.
Cherish this beautiful love of yours and don't let it go.
Unless the person changes, and starts to treat you like an object.
Love can be kind and sweet.
Love can be horrid and gross.
Keep that in mind next time you fall in love.
sea creaturesWhen I think about the ocean
And all of her secrets
I am reminded of her strange past
Creatures such as the helicoprion, megalodon, mososaurus, and many more
Once swam in her salty waters
How did these strange creatures
Evolve in such ways
And come to her seemingly friendly arms?
Strange sea creatures of the past
I tip my hat to you
And your strange ways
more poetry sortaEmotions are strange things.
I wonder exactly how they work.
Are the like mice in mazes, trying to achieve a similar goal?
Love, hate, happiness, sadness, excited, and all the other things.
How did they come to be?
It makes my ideas buzz through my mind, like cars on a highway.
Why are they used?
Why do we have them?
What is the purpose of emotions?
What exactly are they?
I know that scientifically;
they are just our brain cells buzzing and reacting,
hormones and the such.
But how did living creatures evolve to have them?
i tried at poetryWinter's last breath fades in the form of cold breezes,
The people celebrate the coming of spring.
Ah, yes. The beautiful spring.
Relieving us of the cold snows and winds that winter brings.
Letting the yellow star our sun warm our beloved ground once again;
spring rains are warmer than winter's cold snows and showers.
But all the seasons have one thing in common;
the memories given to us by these seasons.
A first snow seen by a child, a warm wedding in spring, the first fish caught in summer, and the colors changing once more beautifully in fall.
We cherish these memories given to us by our seasons.
So stop and let the last winter breeze chill you, and let the first beautiful bloom of spring put you in awe.
It might be the start of a loved memory,
You'd never know.
